Honorable Joyce Nabbosa Ssebugwawo, Minister of State for ICT, delivered a keynote address at the opening ceremony of  NewSpace Africa Conference convened in Cairo, Egypt

Today 22nd April, 2025, Honorable Joyce Nabbosa Ssebugwawo, Minister of State for ICT, delivered a keynote address at the opening ceremony of  NewSpace Africa Conference convened in Cairo, Egypt under the theme: “Empowering Africa’s Economy Through Space-Driven Innovation”.

The Conference, organized by  European Space Policy Institute will run from 21-24 April 2025.

The Honorable Minister was accompanied by Mr. Ambrose Ruyooka- Assistant Commissioner, Research and Development, Ministry of ICT and National Guidance, Ms. Nabyonga Gorret - Personal Assistant and Ms. Nambalirwa Azena - Second Secretary at the Embassy in Cairo.
