On the 04th/02/2025, the state Minister of Health and General duties Hon. Anifa Kawooya Bangirana, attended the  Africa CDC, Gavi, the vaccine Alliance and Regionalized Vaccine Manufacturing Collaborative (RVMC), hosted by the Egyptian Unified Procurement Authority and was attended by Ministers of Health of the 17 AU Member states, Global partners, Africa Vaccine and other Health Manufactures, Philanthropies, Au Organs and AVMA investors. 

The Minister of state for Higher Education Hon. John Chrysestom Muyingo visited and held a meeting with the leaders of the German University in Cairo. The visit was Coordinated by the Uganda Embassy Cairo as the University intends to  open a branch in Uganda.
